Privacy notice

What data the project inquiry form asks for, what it's used for, who else processes it and how to exercise your ARCO rights.

This full privacy notice explains how the personal data you send through hernandez.systems is handled, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its applicable regulations.

Data controller

The party responsible for processing your personal data is Oscar Hernández, an individual based in Mexico City, Mexico.

For anything related to your personal data, the point of contact is yo@osky.dj.

What personal data we process

Only what you type into the project inquiry form:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • phone number (optional);
  • message, with whatever you choose to share in it.

As with any website, sending the form also involves technical connection data, such as your IP address and browser details, which is processed to serve the site and to check that the submission isn't automated.

We don't ask for sensitive, financial or asset-related personal data, passwords or access keys. Please don't include any in your message.

What we use it for

The only purpose is to reply to your project inquiry: reading what you tell us, answering you and following up on that same conversation, including a proposal if you ask for one.

There are no secondary purposes. Your data is not used for advertising, marketing, newsletters or profiling.

Where it's kept and for how long

  • The form message is delivered to Oscar's email inbox, yo@osky.dj, and kept there.
  • It is kept indefinitely and only for Oscar's own use, unless you ask for it to be deleted (see "Your ARCO rights").
  • Only Oscar has access to that inbox.

Who it's shared with

Your data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for their own purposes.

For the form to work, two processors handle the data solely on Oscar's behalf and only to provide their service:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts the site and protects the form against automated submissions and abuse with Cloudflare Turnstile;
  • an email delivery provider, which delivers your message to Oscar's inbox.

These providers may process the data on servers outside Mexico. Because they are processors acting on the controller's behalf, this does not require your consent.

Data would only be handed to an authority if a law or an order from a competent authority requires it.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, or any other technology to track or profile you.
  • Cloudflare and Turnstile may use cookies or technical data that are strictly necessary for the security of the site and the form.
  • The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser (local storage). That setting never leaves your browser, and you can clear it from your browser settings.

Your ARCO rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, cancel it (ask for it to be deleted) and object to its use for specific purposes.

To exercise them, write to yo@osky.dj from the email address you used on the form, with the subject "ARCO rights", and include:

  • your name and the email address where you want to receive the reply;
  • which right you want to exercise and over which data;
  • anything that helps locate your message, such as the approximate date you sent it.

If we need to confirm your identity, we'll ask through the same channel. We'll reply by email within the time limits set by the LFPDPPP.

You can withdraw at any time the consent you gave when sending the form, or ask for the use or disclosure of your data to be limited, by writing to yo@osky.dj with the subject "Withdrawal". We'll act on your request unless a legal obligation prevents it, and we'll tell you through the same channel.

Changes to this notice

This notice may change due to new legal requirements, changes to the site or to the services we use. Any change will be published on this same page, with its update date.

If you believe your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, you can turn to the competent authority on the matter.

Publication date and last update: October 30, 2026.
