## Where it fits
- **Triage for incoming requests:** A model reads emails or form submissions, works out what each one needs and routes it to the right team with key details pulled out.
- **Answers from internal documents:** Staff ask questions in plain language and get answers drawn from the company's own manuals, policies or spec sheets, with the source cited.
- **Campaign content drafts:** Text or image variations are generated for a campaign, then reviewed and approved by the creative team before anything goes out.
## Context first
Before any model is connected, the work pins down the specific task, the data it will draw on and who reviews its output. Usage limits, handling of sensitive data, expected cost per request and the fallback when the model is wrong or unsure are agreed up front. The uses described are service possibilities, not results attributed to clients.

## Experience

As technology director at NINJA Brand Fighters, Oscar has designed AI-powered conversational bots for WhatsApp and the web, as well as AI-driven brand activations. He has led projects for global brands such as Garena, Riot Games, Amazon, Casa Cuervo, Spotify and Adidas.
